Western Belt Buckles Say Something

We’ve all seen the huge belt buckles that some wrestlers/actors have apparently been given for performance, I suppose.  You don’t need a buckle that big to make a statement, but belt buckles do make a statement about you.  I have a bronze one that says “Wyoming” across the engraved image of Steamboat, the state’s trademark bucking horse.  I think I got it several years ago for opening a bank account.  I love that belt buckle.

I have another one my wife found at an antique shop that commemorates the beginnings of the American Agriculture Movement back in the early ’70s.  That began near where I grew up.  Both of these western belt buckles make a statement about who I am, and I like the statement they make.  What does your belt buckle say about you?
